Classes! Classes! Classes!

A wonderful week (and totally awesome day)

Thursday was full of wonderful news. I found out I won several awards from Michaels and EKSuccess for teaching. I am very happy.

One of the best prizes was a ' Catered CROP with free Make & Takes!' This will be fantastic and perfectly appropriate that it can be shared with my wonderful students and croppers! I do not have any details yet.

Tinker Time was scheduled for today and to my pleasant surprise I had the class with just one student and it was great.  Nellie had a lot of fun and made some beautiful tags using various distressing and stamping techniques.
She also brought me a treat: freshly baked butter tarts; a lot of butter tarts - and OMG are they delicious!

$10 Card Class at Michaels!

 

This month Michaels is offering another card class for the crazy low price of $10.  This is the VINTAGE HOLIDAY CARD TRICKS and it is regularly $25.

Class Description: Create gorgeous hand-made greetings with olde-style charm.  Learn how to use basic distressing techniques and create vintage holiday cards that will WOW your recipients.

Supplies are not expensive for this class either and we will try to get the best use out of your card stock.

Sign up for any Vintage Holiday Card Tricks Class before October 27th and pay only $10.

There are 3 classes offered this month with some seating still available.

Thursday Oct 11  6:30 - 8:30 pm

Wednesday Oct 17  1 -3 pm

Friday Oct. 26 6:30-8:30 pm

There will be some classes offered in November and December, as well. If you pay for them before Oct 27th you will only pay $10.

REMEMBER - I teach TECHNIQUE so you don't have to make exactly what I am making; you could make birthday cards if you like using the techniques I teach.

Students who take this class would also like tINKer time Distress and Shimmer - a technique driven class where you create 7 beautiful tags and learn 22 different stamping, inking, spraying and distressing techniques.

tIINKer time is available this month:   Thursday Oct 4 6:30-8:30 and Saturday Oct 27 4 - 6 pm. Cost is $25 and nominal supplies.
